Jermaine Browne, was born in Georgetown, Guyana. With the drive to become a performer, he came to the United States at the age of 10. He began studying dance , acting, and voice. His talents were soon recognized as he began working as a dancer in film, Television, and theatre. His career began when he was discovered in a Blockbuster/VISA commercial with Cindy Crawford which lead him to do commercial work with Derek Jeter on a NIKE project. His versatility as a performer brought him film roles in "Malcolm X" and "Strictly Business," as well as appearances on SNL.

Jermaine discovered his true passion, choreography, while teaching class at Broadway Dance Center. His unique combination of strength and sensuality grabbed the attention of the Pop and R&B industry. Soon he was creating stage shows for Crystal Waters, Ultra Nate, and Deborah Cox. Among some of his most recent work is Christina Aguilera's "Genie in a Bottle" music video, as well as upcoming videos for R&B artists, R Angels and Tamar Braxton.

Jermaine also enjoys working outside the music industry staging fashion shows for Seventeen magazine, Latin Model Search, and Toyota Commercials. When asked what inspires him, Jermaine said, "The challenge of every new venture. I believe everyone can dance. How much depends on how hard they want to work!"
